Pond Pals Privacy Policy

Pond Pals collects no personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. We never ask for a name, email, age, or location.

Your squad, records, unlocks, settings, and game progression are stored only on your device using local storage. This information never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or anyone else. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Pond Pals offers an optional one-time Full Game Unlock. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and Apple’s StoreKit service. Apple handles your payment information, receipts, and purchase history under Apple’s own privacy policy. Accrue Technologies does not receive or store your payment details or Apple Account information. The app checks your purchase entitlement with Apple so you can restore the Full Game Unlock on a new device or after reinstalling.

Pond Pals contains no analytics, no advertising, no advertising identifiers, and no crash-reporting or diagnostic data collection. The game makes no network requests of its own; the only network activity is Apple’s App Store handling of purchases.

Pond Pals is designed to be safe for kids. Because the game collects no personal information from anyone, it does not collect personal information from children.

The only third party involved is Apple, which processes App Store purchases as described above. No other third-party services receive any data from Pond Pals.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
