Pond Pals Support

Pond Pals is a fast-paced 3-on-3 arcade pond hockey game. Players can pass, shoot, check, switch defenders, call for passes, compete through multiple tiers, and build their neighborhood hockey crew.

Pond Pals includes a free introductory experience. The optional Full Game Unlock is a one-time, non-consumable Apple in-app purchase that provides access to the remaining game progression and Pond Championship.

If you previously purchased the Full Game Unlock using your Apple ID, open Pond Pals, go to Settings or the Full Game screen, and select Restore Purchases.

Purchases are handled through Apple’s App Store. Questions about charges, receipts or refunds for an Apple transaction are managed by Apple.

If you experience a problem:

• Close and reopen Pond Pals.
• Make sure you are using the latest version of the app.
• If a previous purchase is missing, use Restore Purchases.
• If the problem continues, contact Pond Pals support.
